[TYPO3-core] RFC #4693: tables definition not compliant with MySQL 5.0 strict mode

Hi!

This is SVN patch request.

Branch: 4.2 (we do not support MySQL5 in earlier versions!)

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4693

Problem: TEXT and BLOB fields do not support default value. "NOT NULL" definitions require default value. So "NOT NULL" should be removed from every TEXT/BLOB definition.

Solution: the attached patch.
