[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug# 7920: Filelist in IE 6 is not showing contents

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
When using the filelist in IE 6.0 the automatic resize method gets the 
wrong overall size of the document, this causes that the new size of the 
document will be zero, and therefore the list is not displayed.

Solution:
Set the overall size for the document also to 100%. See attached patch

Notice:
I've notices, that it's also possible to add the filelist id's ides to 
the overall body id list on top, but I think it's more clear to separate 
the different types of bodies.
