[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7923: htmlArea RTE cannot delete block via delete/backspace keys in IE 6 and IE7

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When the next sibling of a block element is a table, it is not possible 
to delete a block via the keyboard in IE6 and IE7.

Solution:
In such case, handle the delete/backspace key event for IE.
