[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug # 7544: typo3-docheader not visible when error occures

Hi

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
If a php-warning is issued, the doc-header is moved below the 
php-warning, so the buttons are not working any more.

Solution:
Set typo3-docheader to position:absolute
