[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7890: htmlArea RTE: premature undo snapshot may cause JavaScript error to be raised

Problem:
In some cases not easy to reproduce, an undo snapshot may be attempted 
before some variables are initialized.

Solution:
Postpone initiation of undo snapshots. In FF, do not attempt bookmarking 
if designMode is not yet or not currently set.
