[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7883: Export wizard has no scrollbars

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The "no-scrollbar" is with body-id typo3-mod-php. When no id is defined, 
this id is used as standard.

Solution:
$this->doc->bodyTagId = 'imp-exp-mod';

adds own id, so scrollbars are visable.
