[TYPO3-core] FYI: today's housekeeping

Hi all,

as you may have noticed I did some housekeeping today:

	* Code cleanup: replaced (mentionings of) CVS with SVN (where appropriate)
	* Updated Copyright notices (in the file headers) (where appropriate)

This is why you should see nearly all files touched when updating from SVN.
