[TYPO3-core] 0005726: Javascript mailform validation doesn't check fields of type 'file'

Hi!

This is a patch request. Actually it's a feature, but it's a no-brainer 
feature I stumbled across in my bug tracker todo list.

Branches: TYPO3_4-2

Subject says it all: you cannot make a file upload required.

Solution is simply to add the type the case statement.
