[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7867: htmlArea RTE undo/redo does not restore caret position

Problem:
When undo/redo is used, the position of the cursor is not restored.

Solution:
Insert bookmark in the html text stacked for undo/redo operations and 
restore caret position after restoring bookmarked html text. The 
approach works in FF2, FF3, IE7 and Safari3. It cannot be enabled in 
Opera 9.5 because of a strange bug in that browser.
