[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7857: htmlArea RTE: hidePStyleItems does not work anymore

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
RTE.default.hidePStyleItems does not work anymore with TYPO3 4.2beta3 
when the listed tags are in upper case.

Solution:
Honour upper case tags for backward compatibility.
