[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7862: htmlArea RTE: incorrect nesting of ol/ul inside definition lists

Problem:
Inserting an ordered or unordered list inside a dd element gives various 
erroneous results, depending on browser. Hitting enter key inside last 
empty li element in such context or inside nested ul/ol lists, also 
gives incorrect result in some browsers.

Solution:
Fix ol/ul insertion inside dd and fix enter key handling in nested contexts.
