[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed page tree filter background in IE6

Hi all,

the attached patch has been committed to fix the page tree filter 
background in IE6.

The png has been replaced with a gif as an alpha channel wasn't 
necessary here.


Another patch will follow to overcome IE6's limitations regarding use of 
alpha channel PNGs in a few minutes.
