[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7827: There is no mouse pointer icon for the links in IE

Hi Georg,

thanks for the patch. The issue was not caused by a CSS setting but a 
missing closing tag of the wrapping DIV object. See attached patch, 
which I am going to commit in a few minutes.
