[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7291: Taskcenter -> sys_action - viewport is too small when creating records

Unfortunately, this patch only works in FF, not in IE (7).

Steffen, could you take another look at this and also see if you can fix 
the things I mentioned in the BT (full width, no margin)?
