[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed #7814: t3skin does not use proper icons

Hey guys,

the attached icons where commited to SVN.

Type: Cosmetic change

Branch: 4.2 only

BT: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=7814

Problem: The "folder_up.gif" icon is missing in t3skin and the 
"saverekordnew.gif" is not transparent. I fixed these two issues.

And don't worry, these icons are from the HCI team.
