this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
I stumbled across the file typo3-index-php.css which needs some code 
clean up

Solution:
I've done that now

Additional information / Ad:
There will be a new extension in this week to be able to style the BE 
with 1 single CSS file, some screes at 
http://www.rggooglemap.com/en/dev/chloginskin.html
