I have uploaded another screenshot which demonstrates the differences
between with and without the patch. IMHO without the patch some stuff looks
like crap (e.g. my extension "LFEditor" with several headers).
If you don't like the colors or the background image for the headers then
feel free to propose another ones. I'am neither an hci specialist nor a
great designer... :-)

The other changes are simple usability issues. Buttons and labels should
always get the pointer cursor to mark them as clickable. I can split this
part from the original patch if someone wants to get the change in.
