[TYPO3-core] small CSS changes (t3skin)

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The contrast of the headers is just suboptimal. Also submit buttons are
styled, but not the button tag and labels and buttons which are always
clickable haven't set the cursor: pointer style.

Solution:
All the mentioned stuff above is solved by the attached patch.

Comments:
I haven't introduced any new color. The background image is the well known
one from the list view and the color for the h3 tag is also used as the
hover color.
