[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added two icons to htmlArea RTE skin for definition lists

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type:
Minor feature.

Solution:
This patch simply adds two icons to t3skin and to the default skin of 
rtehtmlarea and sets default positions for two buttons in the RTE 
default toolbar, in case an extension implements support for definition 
lists. Although not essential, the patch would simplify the task of the 
user when configuring such extension.

Note:
Since it is so late in the release process of 4.2, support for 
definition lists in htmlArea RTE will be published as an extension on 
TER after 4.2 final is released.
