[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7730: No hover in listview

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Currently there is no hover for the whole row in the list view because 
the default hover color is the same as the background-color.

Solution:
Change the hover color to another one. I chose the color of the list 
headers but can be changed of course but IMO this is better than nothing.
