[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7754: htmlArea RTE: Caption should be first element in table

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When filling in the caption in create table dialogue and then create 
some rows, the caption is the last element in the table. This might be 
an accessibility issue.

Solution:
Insert the caption as the first child element of the table.
