[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #4923: provide new inputfield "directorypicker" in BE

Hi all,

I reviewed and tested the latest patch from the bugtracker in 
combination with the dirpicker demo extension v0.0.1 (also availabl from 
the bugtracker) (4923_trunk.patch and 
T3X_dirpicker_demo-0_0_1-z-200801261056.t3x)

I tried to reconstruct everything and read through the bugtracker and 
this thread. After all I cleaned up the code and left out the first 
three hunks for typo3/class.browse_links.php as they seemed not 
necessary to make the dirpicker work.

after testing, reading, and cleaning up I committed the attached patch
