Hi,

i don't know if it's caused to this patch but i'm not able to import any 
extension from TER.

normal mode:
Error: The datatransfer did not succeed. The T3X file could not be fetched. 
Possible reasons: network problems, allow_url_fopen is off, curl is not 
enabled in Install tool.

curlUse:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in 
C:\web\x-htdocs\t3\trunk\t3lib\class.t3lib_div.php on line 2477

please have a look, would be not good to publish beta3 with no extension 
import.
