[TYPO3-core] Beta 3 scheduled for end of this week

just to let you know:
I plan to package beta 3 tonight, please get your patches in!


Also: For now let's focus on the remaining 16 tasks listed under [1], 
please. These are the really important ones, anything else can be done 
later. However, if you feel something is missing on this list, please 
let me know. Do not add issues to that list yourself!
