[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug# 8851: navFrameScript is not loaded for submodules

Problem:
When creating a own navframe for you submodules, and have different 
naveframes for each submodules, the navframes are not correctly loaded. 
Only the To Module Navframe is used, although you have configured a 
different navframe script in your module configuration.

This patch was introduced by Version 4.2.x, in previous versions you 
could define different navframes for each submodule.
