[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #8840 Wrong title of edit icon in "Include basis template" section when editing template records

Problem:
The alt- and title-tag of the edit icon in the "Include basis template" 
section when editing template records is "Edit filemount".

Solution:
Set this label to "Edit template".
