[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8784: htmlArea RTE 1.3.9 (TYPO3 4.0.9) and 1.2.2 (TYPO3 3.8.1) do not work correcty in Firefox 3

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
There is first a problem when loading the editor. The editing area 
remains blank, unless you toggle to text mode and back to wysiwyg. There 
is also a problem when inserting links. These are similar to issues that 
were fixed in TYPO3 4.1 and 4.2.

Solution:
Adapt to changes introduced by Firefox 3. For TYPO3 4.0, the version 
number of htmlArea RTE was incremented to 1.3.10.

Note:
htmlArea RTE is not in SVN for TYPO3 3.8. Version 1.2.3 of htmlArea RTE 
fixes the issue for that version of TYPO3 and is now published on TER.
