Tell them that they have to not to upgrade until they either change 
their IPS or force their ISP to upgrade.

Anyway, it's ridiculous not to fix this bug. TYPO3 simply doesn't use 
any real useful stuff of Mysql 4.1 (expect the utf8 support), so the 
discussion is IMHO moot.

I'm beginning to like the "Migrate to Mysql 5.0 initiative more and more 
interesting". Was anybody in touch with the "Move to PHP 5" team? I'd 
love to start this again.
