[TYPO3-core] RFC #8590: Fileadmins folderoverview don`t show 'B' (for byte) after filesize

Hey,

i just updated the patch, because i found 1 failure.
i also removed the codeCleaning_class.file_list.inc.diff because i make this
in extra issue

Her comes version 4 of the patch in form of 2 files:

#4_8590_locallang_mod_file_list.xml.diff
* contains the new label <label index="byteFormat"> B| KB| MB| GB</label>

#4_8590_class.file_list.inc.diff
* implements the new feature -> give the lang label as second parameter to
t3lib_div::formatSize()
