[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7646: Firefox 3.0 mixes up frames (versions before TYPO3 4.2)

Hi all,

please find a attached a new - way smaller - patch that works on my test 
system and does a similar thing like the 4.2 backend does.

However, I had to work around the mssing prototype $() function at that 
point.
