[TYPO3-core] RFC #8591: Umlauts get broken in shortcut menu while renaming the shortcut

Hi Tobias,

+1 after testing.


While testing your patch I found out that the umlauts in the group 
dropdown menu aren't ok, too.

The output is "Datenst007ae" instead of "Datensätze".

Can you confirm this?
