[TYPO3-core] RFC #8643: Inline CSH is not styled with t3skin

Hey guys,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: 4.2 and trunk.

Type: follow-up bugfix

Location: t3skin only

Problem:
If you have the full description displayed in the backend, the colors 
don't match as they do with the hover mode.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes this problem by adding the necessary CSS 
statements to the CSS file in t3skin.

Notes:
There was also some duplicate code that I removed.
