[TYPO3-core] Core team activity RSS feed

Hi guys,

I just rediscovered that you can subscribe to the core team activity 
page on Forge (http://forge.typo3.org/projects/activity/typo3v4-core) by 
an RSS feed.

That seems very valuable to me and I think it would be good if many core 
developers (also non team members) would subscribe to it, for two reasons:

   - SVN revisions can easily be post-reviewed
   - Core team news such as planned release dates or deadlines of
     milestones can be communicated there.
