You need that for the return URL of "new", right? Could you please make
the patch for the original problem, the "save&close" button?

PS: besides the missing "new" button there is also the problem that you
cannot reactivate a hidden (disabled) template in Web>Template. You have
to switch to Web>List. Maybe a drop down with a list of all hidden
templates and a "enable" button is enough. IIRC I have filed a bug for this.
