[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9076: iso-ir-109 detected as iso-8859-2 instead of iso-8859-3

Subject says it all. There was a typo in the alias definition.

For 4.2 I added also two more aliases so that that the iso-ir-* aliases
are in par with the latin* aliases.

For trunk I have not fixed this as I have prepared a revamped character
set detection system.
