[TYPO3-core] RFC: #8532: enhance TYPO3 manual (inline)

Hi Steffen,

I just tested the patch. Here are my comments:

It looks like your focus was on the main module "Help->Manual" and not 
so much on the CSH popup window, as that IMHO looks worse now.

Regarding the CSH popup window (see screenshot):

- The big border doesn't look good in the popup window
- Re-wording the "Go to TOC" to "<< go back to Manual Index" makes no 
sense in the popup window as you wouldn't go *back* to the Manual Index 
in that case

General stuff:

- The two background colors IMHO need borders in between. The two light 
colors are too similar to each other to not have a border in between
- The padding of the box could be a little higher so the text doesn't 
stick so close to the left end of the box

All in all, I would say the module does look a lot better with the patch 
applied already, but I think at least the popup window related points I 
noted above should be fixed first.
