I am sure you noted that the label of the "overwrite" checkbox is not at 
the same base line as the checkbox itself.

I checked this at my local T3 (4.3-Dev / SVN) installation and here it 
is fine (using FF 2.0.0.12 and linux/ubuntu)

which T3 version and browser/OS combination are you using so it shifts 
the label next to the checkbox lower ???

Probably some guys from the design-team should have a look at fixing this.
