[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #9008: template.php doesn't fully utilize the loadJavascriptLib function.

Hey people,

commited the patch without any changes about the indention (I'm glad all 
  the other 99991 comments in the core have indention as well).

Commited to trunk (rev. 3902).
