Good point. However, please note that INSTALL.txt in the zip and the tar.gz
files are different! Don't ask why ;-)

Anyway, I think adding them to SVN is fine. Please use the latest versions
from
https://typo3xdev.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/typo3xdev/install_packages/trunk
when preparing a patch.
