[TYPO3-core] RFC #8949: Table parsing doesn't allow tabs as delimiters

Hello!

This is a feature request for trunk.

Problem: The current options are comma, semicolon and pipe. But if you
paste tabular data from popular spreadsheet applications you will get
tabs as delimiters.

Solution: Add tab as option.

Note: the label for the delimiter option "," was wrong ("colon"). The
patch fixes this and adds a real colon option as well.
