Hi Ingmar,

try to set
TCAdefaults.tt_content.imagecols = 1

and you'll see: [invalid value]

Imho this is only a type error from the beginning, and seeing such 
message irretates people.

So maybe it's cosmetic and low priority, but why not correct if it 
doesn't hurt?
