[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #3787: Patch: new option TSFE.jumpURL_HTTPStatusCode = 30x

Problem:
If you want to redirect to a page using "external Url", by default a 302 
(Moved temporarily) is used. If you want to use a 301 (Moved 
permanently), use this option.


Solution:
Patch tslib_fe_header_redirect.txt by Ingo Schmitt (12.08.06 23:15)


Notes:
This patch was comitted to the T3DD06 SVN server only, but
it's not in trunk !

I applied this patch today and it works.
(Attached new patch against Trunk)
