Thanks for the patch. Please use a more descriptive information for the 
solution section and create patches against the root of the accordant 
branch (e.g. typo3/classes/class.modulemenu.php instead of just 
class.modulemenu.php).

+1 on reading and testing with tx_commerce modules "Orders", 
"Systemdata", ...
