I just checked this and it looks all right. As Masi pointed out already he
did not want to modify class.shortcutmenu.php because that would have
introduce new labels to the stable version:

| I've committed the changes to class.backendsearchmenu.php and
| class.clearcachemenu.php to TYPO3_4-2 (I didn't want to introduce new
| labels), all of the changes were committed to trunk.
