[TYPO3-core] RFC: #8418: using accessListRenderMode has several bugs

Hi,

This one got bogged down in discussions. Is there any hope of reviving 
it? If no one can agree on the complete patch, what about splitting it? 
It would be nice to at least get the skin right.
