[TYPO3-core] RFC #7158: Bug: Some parts of Indexed Search Engine Backend module don't work

The first two hunks of thie patch seem to be OK, I'm not sure about the 
last one, as the removal of intval() might have a bad impact (i.e. SQL 
injection, but I didn't dig into the code of indexed_search).
