[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #1347: Indexed Search results navigation relies on JavaScript

+1 by reading, but please don't change the phpDoc comment to multiline.

Also, please leave the bugtracker issue open even after committing, and 
add a note that the config option ought to be removed in a future 
version if possible.
