[TYPO3-core] FYI: Bugfix #7138: RTE is not rendered in Tabs

Hi,

But it still doesn't work if the content element is saved while the RTE 
is in a hidden tab.

Steps to reproduce:

- switch tab so that RTE-enabled field is hidden
- save
- switch back to tab with RTE-enabled field

=> editor doesn't load.

Should I open a new bug report?
