[TYPO3-core] Feature Freeze getting close, please get your features in!

Hi all,

this is a reminder that feature freeze starts February 1st.

Please review the list of issues scheduled for 4.2 [1], if you have any 
features in there please finish them or remove them from the list by 
unsetting the target version if you know you can't make it. After 
February 1st I reserve the right to still allow features to be committed 
to SVN in special cases.

Beta1 is scheduled for February 4th!
