ok, i see there are different views of point, so the best solution for all 
would be make it configurable.
If nothing configured: show login name
configure options:
1) show realname only
2) show realname and login name (like Dmitry suggested)

at least i like the click & edit, eg if you configure user rights, you 
switch to the user. if something is not correct you're very quick in the 
edit view.
